Healthy thermal pattern — fused disconnect

Why this reads as healthy
Fuses in a properly operating disconnect generate heat as current passes through them, but that heating should be balanced across all three phases and concentrated within the fuse body itself rather than at the end caps or knife contacts. This disconnect shows that expected pattern: the three fuses are reading at similar temperatures with no phase standing out, and no unusual hot spot at the connection points. This is a Normal finding.
