Inspection performed by Infinite Infrared
Find electrical failures before they cause downtime, fire, or a failed inspection.
Our core service. We scan energized electrical equipment under load with a calibrated thermal camera, identify developing faults, classify severity, and deliver a documented report you can act on.
What this includes
- Energized inspection under real operating load
- Switchgear, panelboards, MCCs, busway, UPS, PDUs, transformers
- Equipment opened and scanned when safe, accessible, energized under appropriate load, and within the agreed scope, not just a surface scan of closed panels
- Severity classified findings with thermal images
- A full equipment list documenting every item in scope, its location, and whether it had a finding
- Prioritized recommendations and a documented report
- Mapped to NFPA 70B inspection requirements
Scope note: Performed by Infinite Infrared.

A documented report with thermal images, severity classification, a full equipment list, and prioritized recommendations. See the sample report.
We open and scan equipment when safe, accessible, energized under appropriate load, and within the agreed scope. Anything that cannot be opened, scanned, or evaluated, such as locked or stuck covers, lockout, arc flash restrictions, client safety rules, or equipment that is off or not under load, is documented in the equipment list along with the reason.
